Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription (also called Auto-ship), a pre-order, or try before you buy. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions / Auto-ship
When you purchase a subscription (Auto-ship), you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Our standard billing cycle is every 28 days, meaning your payment method will be automatically charged and your order shipped every 28 days unless you choose to pause or cancel your subscription.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want to renew, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Please note that cancellations can only take effect after the first recurring (second) order has been processed.
If you would prefer not to wait until the second cycle, you can pause your subscription at any time using the same link. Pausing stops the next scheduled order from being processed while keeping your subscription active. Once paused, it will remain on hold until you choose to reactivate it or until the next billing cycle resumes automatically.
You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time using the link provided in your order confirmation email, or through the Manage Subscription section located in the footer of our website.
Introductory promotions or discounts may apply only to the first subscription order, after which subsequent orders will be charged at the regular product price.
Paused subscriptions will remain paused only for the next scheduled order. After that order has been skipped, the subscription will automatically reactivate and continue under the regular 28-day billing cycle.
